Thank you for visiting our store thenura.com. Please read our policy carefully, as by making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

At thenura.com, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once an order is processed and shipped, we do not offer monetary refunds for "change of mind," "wrong size/color selected by customer," or "item no longer needed."

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or store credit in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide the following:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a single, continuous video starting from the unopened package showing the shipping label, through the entire unboxing process, highlighting the defect or damage.

Timeframe: You must contact us at m.huzaifa0642@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Note: If a clear unboxing video is not provided, or the request is made after 24 of delivery, we cannot process a replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been sent to our fulfillment center/supplier, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

thenura.com is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but not received.

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout.

5. Items Not Eligible

The following cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances:

Items on Sale or purchased with a Discount Code.

Personal care goods, jewelry, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
