Thank you for choosing thenura.com. We aim to provide a transparent shopping experience. Please review our shipping procedures below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within1-10 working hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Standard National Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (depending on your location).

Note: These are estimated times. Factors such as customs clearance, local courier delays, or high-demand seasons (like Eid or Black Friday) may extend these timelines.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 3–5 business days. You can track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
thenura.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims
To protect both the customer and our store, we require a Mandatory Unboxing Video for any claim regarding damaged or missing items.
The Video Must:
Be continuous (no cuts or edits).
Show the shipping label clearly at the start.
Show all sides of the package before opening.
Show the product being taken out and inspected.
Without a clear, uncut unboxing video, we cannot process any replacements or claims for damaged goods.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at m.huzaifa0462@gmail.com within 1 hours of placing your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
thenura.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
